Good evening guys

My name is Chris, I come from Suffolk in the east of England. I am an agricultural journalist (I write for tractor magazines) and I also make DVDs about agricultural machinery for sale here in the UK.

I have a particular interest in Eastern European tractors. I have had a Zetor 5748 and 4718 in the past and recently bought this 1975 Zetor 4712. The cabin will likely be unknown to most members - it's a Duncan from Scotland who was the most popular outfit for Zetor Series 7 here in the UK. They had to have these installed to meet UK safety regulations. Some early 7s had a Sekura cabin.

My other tractors are also mostly Eastern European and consist of the following:

1977 Ursus C-335. A rare tractor here, it's the export version of the C-330. I completely restored it 2-3 years ago.

1972 Ursus C-355. A development of the C- 4011 that we will all be familiar with! Again equipped with a Duncan cabin.

1977 Belarus MTZ-82. An ongoing project.

1987 Belarus 250 (T-25A). I have owned this tractor for 17-18 years. It was new on the coast and the salty air rusted it. It's on the list for being restored.

1982 Ford 6610. I've known this tractor since I was 3 years old, it only lasted 3000 hours so it's in good condition.

1981 Lamborghini R1056. I bought this last year. It had been unused in a barn for 20 years. The backend had to be rebuilt. I also did some cosmetic work such as new decals. It's pretty rusty, obviously.

1941 International Farmall A. My oldest tractor, hand crank start. It runs on gasoline and / or kerosene. Have fun!

Und so, hier auf Deutsch:

Guten Abend Leute,

Mein Name ist Chris, ich komme aus Suffolk im Ost-England. Ich bin ein Agrarjournalist (ich schreibe für Traktor-magazinen) und mache auch DVDs über landmaschinen, die hier in Großbritannien zum Verkauf stehen.

Ich habe ein besonderes Interesse an osteuropäischen Traktoren. Ich hatte in der Vergangenheit einen Zetor 5748 und 4718, und kurzlich habe diesen 1975 Zetor 4712 gekauft. Die Kabine wird den meisten Mitgliedern wahrscheinlich unbekannt sein - es ist ein Duncan aus Schottland, der das beliebteste für die Zetor 7er hier in Großbritannien war. Diese mussten installiert werden, um die britischen Sicherheitsbestimmungen zu erfüllen. Einige frühe 7er hatten eine Sekura Kabine.


Meine anderen Traktoren sind ebenfalls überwiegend Osteuropäisch und bestehen aus folgenden:

1977 Ursus C-335. Ein seltener Traktor hier, es ist die Exportversion das C-330. Ich habe es vor 2-3 Jahren komplett restauriert.

1972 Ursus C-355. Eine Entwicklung des C- 4011, mit der wir alle vertraut sein werden! Wieder mit einer Duncan Kabine ausgestattet.

1977 Belarus MTZ-82. Ein laufendes Projekt.

1987 Belarus 250 (T-25A). Ich besitze diesen Traktor seit 17-18 Jahren. Es war neu an der Küste und die salzige Luft rostete es. Es ist auf der Liste für die Wiederherstellung.

1982 Ford 6610. Ich kenne diesen Traktor seit ich 3 Jahre alt bin, er hat nur 3000 Stunden gedauert, also ist er in gute Zustand.

1981 Lamborghini R1056. Ich habe das letztes Jahr gekauft. Es war seit 20 Jahren in einer Scheune unbenutzt. Das Hinterachse musste neu aufgebaut werden. Ich habe auch einige kosmetische Arbeiten wie neue Abziehbilder gemacht. Es ist offensichtlich ziemlich rostig.

1941 International Farmall A. Mein ältester Traktor, Handkurbelstart. Es läuft mit Benzin und / oder Kerosin. Veil Spaß!
