Hi David,
yea, the missing wheel hubs are going to speed up to kill your wheel bearings. Care about it.
Can you go on puplic roads without headlamps? :
I mean i see a Registration plate, therefor.

Yes the engine is going to need some work to stop that oil coming out of the exhaust, and I have the new centre caps for the front. It seems like they stick out a lot and so will catch on things like gate posts, doorways. The reason it did not have them I think.

I have to clean out and grease the wheel bearings, It is my next job.

I then will remove the cyilinder heads, and look for any problems.

In the UK there is a daytime only license (ministry of transport test "MOT") for vehicles that have no lights. A tractor doesn't need any type of license anyway. Many tractors can be in quite a poor condition and still travel on the roads.
I can use hand signals on the road, but not drive at night. The tractor is insured properly.

Hi,

I have been doing some work on my tractors,

I have fitted new liners and pistons to my 3011, also new connecting rods, new big end bearing shells.
I have also fitted hub caps!

I have had a problem with my 6718 for a long time, the lift arms going down on their own when they are lifting something heavy.
Today I have removed the top of the axle to look at the seals.





This was all that was left of the seal,





I have also bought an Ursus C-385 which is in very good condition mechanically but looks untidy.

Hello David,

the black NBR seals are bad - mount better the blue PUR seals for a longer liftime.

Your "new" Ursus ... is this maschine similar to a original Zeor 8011?

Yes very similar. As far as I can tell the only difference being that the doors open the other way and the headlights.
